Tough crowd Matt. They are tired of the contest, get mean with each other with controversy, request hats and yet when you give them what they want you can hear a pin drop in WoodyBoatVille.
ReplyDeleteYears ago Palisades Yacht Club (the marina that I'm in) had such a pin that represented membership. I'm in search of one of them. It had the letters PYC in white on a blue background.
ReplyDeleteAny plans to have a WoodyBoater one made?
I can only imagine the reader outrage when we run the story about a vintage 1935 Seattle Ferry Boat on Thursday morning...
ReplyDeleteI have mine! Copacabana Yacht Club, Cuba from e-Bay! It will go nicely with my un-opened bottle of pre Castro rum!

Hey WoodyGal - I would love to see a photo of that Copacabana Yacht Club pin. I wonder how hard they are to get? If you have a photo, please send it to Texx@Woodyboater.com
ReplyDeleteThanks!
