It's like a hurricane has come through Northern Virginia. All the back roads are empty. Buses every were. The Metro stops are all packed. Starting at 2 AM. Folks are walking miles to meet on the mall and watch TV screens in the cold. All the bridges are shut down. It's crazy, and yet very exciting. One way that people are getting across the river is.... Water Taxi.. Yup. Old school pre bridge travel...Happy Inauguration Day! Let's get on with it, and get this economy going... Hopefully before classic boating season...

All The Bridges Are Closed. Thank God For Water Taxi's
